Ladies Spa Attendant

Department: Spa

The Ladies Spa Attendant is responsible for welcoming and directing guests in a warm and courteous manner. They are tasked with maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the spa, including lounge and locker areas, nail salon, treatment rooms, and showers. The role involves maintaining the inventory levels for the spa, ensuring food safety standards are met, handling and rotating linen and towels, and keeping all spa areas organized. The Spa Attendant will ensures facility is accessed by authorized Spa guests and that it is safe and secure at all times, acknowledges and greets everyone who enters and leaves the Spa facilities, along with handling guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously, provide accurate, appropriate and immediate response to all requests by guests, ensures complete guest satisfaction; all while maintaining a positive attitude that contributes toward a quality working environment. Additionally, the Spa Attendant meets or exceeds productivity and cleanliness standards and takes corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained. The Spa Attendant is detail-oriented, possesses excellent communication skills, is friendly, people-oriented and focused on genuine customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge guests entering and leaving the spa facilities with a positive attitude
- Address guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Provide immediate responses to guest requests to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure spa environment
- Monitor and clean designated spa areas following standard guidelines
- Assist in managing the inventory of spa items and linen, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Report any damaged, missing items, or maintenance issues to management
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any occurrences involving staff or guests that need attention
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager and complete assigned tasks as required
- Multi-task effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain productivity and cleanliness standards

Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
- Friendly, people-oriented, and dedicated to providing genuine customer service
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Willingness to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive work environment
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Knowledge of safe and proper handling of cleaning agents
