The Men's Spa Attendant is responsible for welcoming and directing guests in a warm and courteous manner at the spa. They are Maintain proper cleanliness of spa and salon. Ensure stock of adequate amenities, linen and supplies necessary for daily operations. Candidates must be able to lift 25 pounds. Spa or club experience preferred but not required, along with flexibility to work both weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures and safe handling of cleaning agents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and reporting procedures.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and follow directions from management.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the Spa Manager on linen inventory and maintenance needs.
- Ensure the facility is secure and accessed by authorized guests only.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe spa environment.
- Complete tasks assigned by the Spa Manager during shifts.
- Follow productivity and cleanliness standards, taking corrective actions as needed.
