Job Summary:
The Stewarding Supervisor will oversee banquet and restaurant operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the dining areas. They will be responsible for coordinating with banquet and restaurant managers, assigning tasks to team members, maintaining cleanliness in storage areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and communicating any issues to the management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with banquet and restaurant managers to understand daily operational needs.
- Assign tasks to team members including ware-washers, FSA's, and floor men.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in storage areas.
- Monitor team members to ensure they are working safely and following service standards.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the management team.
- Check in with managers periodically throughout the day to address any additional needs.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to uniform guidelines and grooming standards.
