Systems Manager - Security

Department: Security

The Security Systems Manager is responsible for supporting Security Operations by ensuring the proper functioning of security systems such as Safelock door locks, gate systems, panic buttons, and alarms. They oversee the maintenance of security systems, coordinate with security operations, research security technology enhancements, and lead security technology projects. Additionally, they act as a liaison between third-party security vendors and the Technology Services Department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Security Operations in maintaining and repairing security systems like door locks, gate systems, panic buttons, and alarms.
- Monitor video management systems to support security operations effectively.
- Research, analyze, recommend, and oversee enhancements to existing security technology.
- Lead and execute security technology projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between third-party security vendors and the Technology Services Department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of security technology initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing security systems and technology projects.
- Strong knowledge of Safelock door locks, gate systems, panic buttons, alarms, and video management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
