Job Summary:
We are seeking a Doorperson to provide exceptional front door services, including package delivery and valet parking for the residents of Two N. Breakers Row. As the primary point of contact, the Doorperson should be friendly, sociable with residents, and possess excellent communication skills, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. The ideal candidate should be dependable, able to work well with others, and available to work morning or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays. A valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests upon their arrival and departure in a professional, courteous manner.
- Provide valet parking services for residents and guests while ensuring the safe operation of all vehicles.
- Assist with loading and unloading of packages
- Monitor the front entrance and alert security of any suspicious activity.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front entryway, including managing mail and deliveries.
- Respond promptly to resident requests, concerns, or complaints and escalate to management as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle and package deliveries.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Dependability and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
