Overnight Supervisor - Guest Relations

Department: Front Office

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Overnight Supervisor to manage the Guest Relations operation during nighttime hours as well as filling in as needed during daytime hours. This role involves overseeing activities at the Front Desk, Call Center, and Concierge services. The position supports the Guest Relations Director and Managers in maintaining the company's high service standards and team culture. Responsibilities include hands-on assistance at service desks, training support, effective communication, fostering employee morale, resolving conflicts, addressing issues, and ensuring hotel security. The ideal candidate must possess strong verbal, written, and computer skills. The Supervisor will collaborate with daytime Guest Relations Managers and the overnight Valet, Housekeeping, and Security teams, emphasizing teamwork and availability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of basic security practices

Responsibilities:
- Oversee nighttime Guest Relations operations, including Front Desk, Call Center, and Concierge services
- Support Guest Relations Director and Managers in maintaining high service standards and team culture
- Provide hands-on assistance at service desks as needed
- Assist with training of staff members
- Maintain open communication channels with employees
- Foster positive employee morale
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during the shift
- Ensure hotel security protocols are followed
- Collaborate with daytime Guest Relations Managers, overnight Valet, Housekeeping, and Security teams
