Job Summary:
The Supervisor - Audio Visual is responsible for leading the audio/visual team in setting up, operating, and dismantling audio/visual equipment to deliver high-quality event technology services. This role involves training and developing technicians, coordinating with sales managers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring client and team satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Train and develop technicians on audio/visual setup and operation.
- Coordinate with sales managers to plan and execute event productions.
- Identify and address challenges proactively.
- Delegate tasks to team members and monitor their work.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs.
- Maintain organized storerooms and track equipment problems.
- Respond to client requests promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead team meetings and propose ideas for productivity improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of management/supervisory experience in audio, lighting, video, data/telecom, and rigging for live events.
- Strong understanding of customer service, client relations, production knowledge, team leadership, and equipment competency.
- Prior experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Flexibility to work varying hours.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
