Job Summary:
The Pool & Beach Attendant at Breakers Row I is responsible for welcoming residents and guests to the pool deck and beach area in a friendly and professional manner. They will prepare and maintain pool deck amenities, assist with In Room Dining requests, ensure cleanliness of the pool deck and beach area, and provide additional services as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome residents and guests to the pool deck and beach area in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare chairs, umbrellas, and tables on the pool deck or beach for residents and guests.
- Provide additional towels and water for residents and guests.
- Assist with In Room Dining requests at the pool and help with the set up and removal of IRD tables/food.
- Maintain the back "supply" area for the pool/beach, including stocking the pool bar.
- Launder and fold pool towels, remove trash and recycling from the pool deck, and ensure cleanliness of all pool deck furniture, chair covers, cabanas, tile, hand railings, steps to bathrooms, pool laundry, and pool bar.
- Remove sand from the boardwalk to the beach and monitor for trash in the beach area.
- Assist with vacuuming the pool when necessary.
- Provide assistance to the concierge club when needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift and carry items such as chairs, umbrellas, and supplies.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and safety procedures is a plus.
