Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping Department as a Window Washer at Breakers Row II. The primary responsibility of this role is to wash all indoor windows, including chandeliers. Previous experience in window cleaning is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Clean the atrium and common areas of debris.
- Transport heavy items to and from apartments.
- Maintain the exterior of the building, including patio furniture, shutters, and windows.
- Dispose of yard waste, trash, and empty trash receptacles.
- Sweep and pressure clean patio areas, terrace islands, entrances, and exits.
