**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Houseperson for Breakers Row II who will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the building, general cleaning, yard waste removal, trash disposal, furniture and plant relocation, and being available on-call after working hours. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and organization.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the exterior of the building
- Perform general cleaning of the building, including common areas
- Remove yard waste and trash from the premises
- Move furniture, plants, and patio items to and from apartments and storage areas
- Be available on-call after regular working hours
- Clean the atrium and common areas of debris
- Assist in carrying heavy items to and from apartments
- Maintain patio furniture, shutters, and windows
- Empty trash receptacles, sweep, and pressure clean patio, terrace islands, entrance, and exits

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work on-call shifts after regular hours
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
