Assistant Director - Guest Relations

Department: Front Office

The Assistant Director of Guest Relations will assist in managing the daily operations of the Guest Relations department, including the Front Desk, Call Center, and Concierge. They will be responsible for overseeing staffing levels, operational expenses, team development and training, as well as corrective action planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities. Flexibility in working hours is a must for this role.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience working at a Front Desk.
- Minimum of two years of experience in managing a large team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Relations department.
- Monitor staffing levels and operational expenses.
- Develop and provide training for the team.
- Implement corrective action plans when necessary.
