Job Summary:
The Project Manager/Interior Designer will report to the Director of Facilities Management and play a crucial role in coordinating scope and design concept meetings between the designer and management team. This position will oversee subcontractors on various renovation projects at hotel properties. The role involves working closely with architects, designers, and engineers to ensure project progression while upholding safety, quality, and financial standards. The Project Manager/Interior Designer will also collaborate with the Corporate Office to adhere to project budgets and manage the procurement of owner-related items like furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within the design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and furnishings.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
