Job Summary:
The Cook III position at the Beach Club involves working in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment. The primary responsibilities include preparing food according to established recipes, plating guidelines, and food safety standards. The role requires a positive and proactive attitude, especially during busy periods, and an emphasis on maintaining a safe work environment. This position involves setting up stations with minimal supervision, demonstrating advanced cooking and knife skills, and overseeing multiple a la carte stations. The Cook III will also support and mentor Cook I and Cook II team members, communicate effectively, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and food handling practices.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items to specified standards and recipes
- Set up and maintain workstations with precision and efficiency
- Assist in mentoring Cook I and Cook II team members

- Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines for kitchen cleanliness and food safety
- Contribute to menu planning, garnish preparation, and plating
- Collaborate with other kitchen stations to support overall food preparation process
