Job Summary:
The Public Space - Technician II is responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and safety of all public-facing areas within the resort property. This role involves performing routine maintenance and minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, and light carpentry work. The technician will also manage tasks through the work order system, ensuring that high-traffic guest areas are consistently well-maintained. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adherence to scheduled work hours. A valid driver's license for the state of Florida is a necessary qualification for this position.

**Qualifications:**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in general maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and light carpentry.
- Familiarity with work order systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Possession of a valid Florida Driver's license.
