As a Steward - Mini Bar, you will be responsible for maintaining product freshness, cleanliness, and inventory of in-room minibars. Your duties will include using a motorized cart to walk floors and visit rooms to check minibar usage, running reports daily to monitor minibar activity, maintaining the working inventory for minibar refreshments, and placing orders when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the freshness and cleanliness of products in the minibars in guest rooms.
- Use a motorized cart to move around the floors to check the minibar usage in rooms.
- Run reports daily to track minibar usage and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain a working inventory of minibar items and restock as necessary.
- Place orders for minibar items to ensure an adequate supply is available.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
