Security Officer - Resort

Department: Security

The Security Officer - Resort will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, team members, and property in a 140-acre resort setting. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, a problem solver, customer service-oriented, and physically fit to cover the large area on foot and in a vehicle.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent social skills and be able to interact with guests and law enforcement agencies
- Must be able to handle fast-paced and emergency situations calmly and with composure
- Must be flexible to work any schedule including weekends and holidays - preferably 2nd shift (2:30PM-11:30PM)

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of guests and team members by actively participating in the resort's day-to-day security operations
- Control access and monitor the property using various security tools and technologies
- Patrol the resort on foot and in a vehicle to detect and respond to any suspicious activity
- Greet and interact positively with guests and team members to maintain a productive and safe environment
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide necessary support and assistance
