We are seeking an experienced Technician II - Plumber to perform routine maintenance on various types of plumbing equipment. The role involves replacing and repairing toilets, faucets, flush meters, and shower valves. The ideal candidate must be skilled in soldering copper pipe, unplugging drain lines, running a sewer machine, and repairing PVC pipe.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid plumbing license/certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a plumber
- Proficiency in soldering copper pipe
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
