The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while working with our Valet and Bell Services team. This position requires a high level of energy and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment. The Coordinator greets guests, fulfills valet requests, collects payments, manages house car services, and ensures accurate daily revenue posting from the Valet Desk. Additionally, the Coordinator manages bellman tasks, efficiently delivers luggage to guest rooms, organizes group deliveries, and stores luggage in the Main Hotel Lobby.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational ability and computer proficiency
- Florida Drivers License
- Full schedule flexibility including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests at the Valet Desk and fulfill valet requests
