We are looking for a Sports Concierge specializing in Tennis to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a sales associate in the Sports Pro Shop, selling merchandise, booking/checking in golfers and tennis players, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves booking court times, lessons, and match games for hotel guests and members, promoting tennis programming, and collaborating with the tennis maintenance team and Golf Department. The role will also work cooperatively with the Golf Department on booking tee times and golf lessons and also sells Pro Shop merchandise when working from inside the shop. Ability to work weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge or interest in golf and tennis
- Previous sales experience is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
