Job Summary:
We are looking for a Coordinator to join our Golf Academy team. The ideal candidate will be energetic and outgoing, responsible for managing administrative activities. This role involves communication with guests, supporting the Director of Golf Instruction and Instructors, organizing golf lessons, clinics, schools, and camps, tracking lessons and finances, handling database entries, coordinating corporate site visits, and engaging in sales activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role or working in the golf industry is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Solicit, schedule, and assist with administrative tasks for the golf academy
- Communicate with guests via phone and email
- Provide support to the Director of Golf Instruction and Golf Instructors
- Organize and coordinate golf lessons, clinics, schools, and camps
- Track lessons and finances accurately
- Enter data into databases and keep records updated
- Coordinate corporate site visits and assist with sales activities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
