Sales Coordinator - Design Studio

Department: Design Studio

Job Summary:
As an Administrative Assistant in the Design Studio, you will provide vital support to the department and multiple sales managers. Your responsibilities will include handling phone calls and emails, assisting with word processing and spreadsheet tasks, coordinating and supporting Design Sales Managers in their sales efforts, scheduling appointments and meetings, tracking sales progress, maintaining department database records, processing payroll, and resolving administrative problems. It will be essential for you to possess extensive software and computer program knowledge, as well as strong internet research abilities. Additionally, effective communication skills and excellent organizational abilities are crucial for success in this role.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment
- Proven experience in administrative and office support roles
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks based on importance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Familiarity with relevant software tools and internet research methods

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails and client requests
- Executing word processing and excel spreadsheet tasks
- Coordination and assistance to Design Sales Managers in their sales efforts
- Producing, proofing, editing, and revising proposals and presentations
- Scheduling appointments and planning meetings
- Tracking sales progress and maintaining department database records
- Tracking and processing payroll
- Interpreting operating policies and using independent judgment to resolve administrative problems
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of software and computer programs
- Conducting internet research as needed
