Administrative Assistant - Sales

Department: Sales

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant - Sales provides direct administrative support to two or three Senior Sales Managers, assisting with account management, proposal and contract generation, telephone support, and dissemination of sales information to various departments. This role serves as a key support link to Sales Managers in their responsibilities.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in managing a high volume of correspondence, contracts, and letters
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is advantageous
- Willingness to share phone coverage responsibilities in the office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Aid the National Sales Managers in daily administrative duties
- Support account management tasks
- Create proposals and contracts
- Offer telephone assistance
