Manager - Housekeeping

Department: Housekeeping

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manager to lead our Housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The Manager will be responsible for training, motivating, and inspiring the team to uphold service, quality, and sustainability standards. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Knowledge of guest service standards and quality assurance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Computer proficiency

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures to ensure cleanliness and order
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
- Manage inventory and supplies for housekeeping operations
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs
