Revenue Control Coordinator - Accounting

Department: Accounting

Job Summary:
The Revenue Control Coordinator in the Accounting department is responsible for auditing daily revenues and related statistics for hotels, restaurants, and clubs. This position involves the reconciliation of gift card sales and transactions, credit card payments, and conducting various financial analyses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, possess proficiency in Excel and Word, and be capable of working within strict deadlines. Experience with financial programs like Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to quickly adapt to hotel technology are critical for success in this role.

Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. (required)

Responsibilities:
- Audit company revenue, complete gift card sales analysis, and credit card sales reconciliations daily.
- Utilize accounting principles, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, InfoGenesis point-of-sale system, and office equipment.
