The Sports Concierge specializing in Racquet Sports is responsible for delivering exceptional service to members and hotel guests by managing and coordinating all racquet sport activities. This dynamic operation includes three sports: tennis, pickleball, and padel, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. The position focuses on booking and confirming court times, lessons, clinics, and match play; promoting racquet sport programming; and ensuring smooth communication between guests, members, and the Racquet Sports Department. The role also collaborates closely with racquet sport maintenance staff and works directly with the racquet sport instructors to support scheduling, guest needs, and program participation. Ability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Knowledge of or interest in tennis, pickleball, and padel is preferred
